Get Mentoring – Become a Mentee
Mentees start in this global network as learners – and soon become interns and then become mentors and leaders themselves. This opportunity helps a network of women become a sustainable business education system and a business incubator. Ideas can be openly and willingly shared. Ideas can become reality and help lift a woman and her family into empowerment and leadership.
Mentees begin their role learning business planning, marketing and financial concepts of a new or growing business. When they complete their six month session they can enroll in a second six months to intern with a mentor to build their learning skills. Once they have finalized that they can then become a Mentor in Training – with a shadow Mentor to ensure they have someone to coach them. Within two years they are Mentors and building others into the same cycle of success.
Women become the best role models of empowerment – starting a groundswell of successful enterprises that can change a families income potential but also can change the dynamic structure of an entire community – growing supply chains, building networks and engaging in commerce.
